Visit of the Pet Lambs. --Sunday evening two boat-loads of Col. Ellsworth's Zonaves, New York Firemen or Pet Lambs now encamped on the heights of Maryland, near the Insane Asylum, paid a visit to the U. S. steamer Pawnee stationed off this city. After leaving the Pawnee they approached our wharves, and after treating the sentry to some of their elegant and refined language, and after giving three cheers for the United States flag, which was returned by the crew of the Pawnee, they left for their encampment.--Washington is happy in being relieved of the presence of this regiment.--Stew. Gazette.
