Recorder's Court, Saturday. --The following cases were adjudicated on Saturday by Recorder Caskie: Mary E. Carrington arrested by order of the Mayor, for associating with Negroes — committed until Monday. John Holt and James Custillo, drunk and disorderly and staggering about the streets. --Holt acquitted and Custillo committed in default of $150 security. Melissa Galmore, charged with assaulting and beating Margaret Sullivan. Accused acquitted and warrant issued against the complainant. James M. Talbot fined $5 for using a barouche on the street for hire without first having procured a license therefore.
