Examining Courts. --Yesterday the Justices of the city, Alderman Sanxay presiding, met to examine two cases of felony, and disposed of them as follows: Sarah L. Sunderland, charged with stealing two blankets, one one cloth coat, and one money purse, from Patrick Benarn on the 22d of September, was heard, and remanded for final trial before Judge Lyons. George Turner, charged with stealing a box of tobacco valued at $100 from Jones & Childrey, on the 23d of September, was heard and remanded for final trial before Judge Lyons at the next term of his Court.
