Larceny.
--Two negro boys — Thornton, slave of James Corbett, and Richard, slave of Mrs. E. Lyon--were arraigned before the Mayor yesterday on the charge of stealing a lot of clothing, valued at $50, from F. Taylor & Co. Thornton claimed to have received the articles from Dick, who is employed by the firm; but, failing to prove the assertion, was sent down for punishment, and Dick was discharged.
