Henry Tatum, arrested on a similar charge, appeared and was discharged from his recognizance. In the case of the Confederate States against George W. McIntire, for the sequestration of property, an order was entered directing the defendant to pay over to the Receiver the sum of $191.92, due by him to alien enemies. Daniel Ratcliffe, formerly of Washington, and Tazewell Taylor, of Norfolk, qualified to practice law in this Court.
