Flag raising. --A secession flag, seven-and-a-half feet in length, was hoisted upon a pole sixty-five feet in height, at Meadow Farm, in Hanover county, on the 28th inst.
$25 reward. --Runaway from my farm, Long Row, Hanover county, about the 8th of January,a Negro man, named Peter Brown, about 21 years old, of a dark brown color, with a scar on one side of his neck; also a small one on his knee; very long-legged, and upwards of six feet high.
