Quarrier, a Notary Public for the county aforesaid, personally came Sobieski Brady, Cashier of the Merchants' and Mechanics' Bank of Wheeling, who, being duly affirmed, declared the foregoing to be a just and true statement from the books of the said Bank, and from the statement rendered by the Branches, according to the best of his knowledge and belief.
