The Knoxville Register of the 7th instant, says: Forty-eight tories were sent off yesterday morning to Tuscaloosa, Ala., to be held there till the end of the war. These are part of the disaffected East Tennesseeans, who have been arrested in the last few weeks by the military authorities.
