Morbin, who resides near Jude's Ferry, in Powhatan county. I will pay the above reward if he is delivered to Lee & Bowman, Richmond, Virginia, or confined in jail so I get him. G. A. A supposed spy. --William G. Ryan, of company F, Sixth United States cavalry, was committed to Castle Thunder yesterday on suspicion of being a Yankee spy. The accused was formerly a member of Stuart's horse artillery; but when arrested (in Powhatan county, Virginia,) claimed to belong to the Federal army. He was dressed in Confederate uniform, and was believed to be making his way to the High bridge, on the Southside road, with the intention of destroying it.
