Quintard, Charles Todd 1824-1898
Clergyman; born in Stamford, Conn., Dec. 22, 1824; graduated at the University of the City of New York in 1847; removed to Georgia and Tennessee; became a clergyman of the Protestant Episcopal Church in 1856; chaplain in the Confederate army from 1862 to 1865; elected Bishop of Tennessee in 1865.
He died in Meridian, Ga., Feb. 15, 1898.
