Arrival of the flag of-truce boats. --The steamers Wm. Allison and Schultz brought up from Cox's Ferry 447 paroled prisoners yesterday evening, who have been in confinement at Point Lookout. About 100 of the privates were sick. The officers were generally in good health, and 47 in number. The following is a list of their names: Wiley Driver, lieut co A, 17th Tenn; Jas. M.
