A despatch from Cincinnati says: At dark a crowd of from 500 to 600 proceeded to the Journal office, took possession of it, completely gutted the building, set it on fire, and burnt, it to the ground. The fire communicated to the adjoining building, and all the property from the south end of the Phillips House to the middle of the square was destroyed. All the telegraph lines in the city were cut down and destroyed. The bridge on the Xenia road is reported to be destroyed.
