The Mayor of Belfast. --Sir Edward Coey, the Mayor of Belfast, Ireland, who was knighted the other day, entered Belfast about forty years ago, seeking employment, with out a shilling in his pocket. Now he is one of the wealthiest men in the community. He has purchased, at a cost of £80,000, the ancestral estate of the Earl of Antrim, and he now ranks among the leading gentry of his native land.
