Hagergrown, June 7.--An advance brigade of Federal troops under Col. Thomas reached Greencastle, 13 miles south of Chambersburg, to-day. The column is expected to reach here by to-morrow night. Four brigades are being pushed forward rapidly. The first column will probably en- camp at the Fair Grounds, one mile below here, on the Williamsport road. Another column will push on southward. There is great delight among the Union men at this point at the advance of the Federal troops. Everything looks like a decisive action within and on the Maryland side of the Potomac.
