The correspondent of the Wheeling Intelligencer, of Thursday, supplies the following additional intelligence of the movement of the United States forces from the Ohio river toward Grafton: At Mannington we learned that Stephen Roberts, the leader of the secessionists at Glover's Gap, seven miles west of Mannington, was shot and instantly killed by a squad of Capt.
