Scarcely a train or messenger arrives from the Potomac that we do not hear of some cowardly attack upon points undefended, or at least but poorly defended. One example is sufficient to show what kind of warfare we may expect from those who, a few months ago, were panting to be called in defence of the flag and Constitution of the late United States.
