The Maryland State Convention --Adjournment.--The informal State Conference, of Maryland, assembled in Baltimore, closed its business Wednesday, and adjourned for the present. The resolutions adopted declare that "the policy and interests of Maryland require that no action shall be taken by which the State shall be committed until the State of Virginia shall have determined the question of a proposed Conference or some other measure requiring the co- operation of this State." The Convention further resolved that the proposition for a Conference among the Southern Border States, by delegates deriving authority from the people, would meet the approval of Maryland, and appointed a Committee to visit the Virginia Convention and express to them the "foregoing assurance." The official report of the amount of revenue received on the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad, for the month of February, shows an aggregate of $327, $51.77, which is an increase of $570. 86, compared with February of last year. The earnings of the Parkersburg branch (or Northwestern Virginia Road) snow an increase of as much as $4,389.44 for the month, but on the Washington branch there was a falling off of $3,561.43, and on the main stem of $257.15, which two latter amounts deducted from the Parkersburg gain, leaves the aggregate increase for February over the same month last year at $670.36, as above stated.
