A working men's meeting in Alexandria, Va., Monday night, broke up in a row, with cheers for the Union and groans for South Carolina. The sum of $500 has been subscribed in Monroe county, Va., to arm the military. Col. Braxton Bragg, of a "little more grape" celebrity, and Capt. J. K. Duncan and J. M.
