Army portable flat-boat. Mr. E. B. Stephen, of Charleston, has invented and completed a new portable army flat-boat, which has been highly commended by our military authorities. It is intended for the ferriage of troops, wagons, horses, &c., from point to point in crossing creeks, rivers, &c., and can very quickly be taken apart or put to
