Twenty-five dollars reward.
--Ranaway from Mr. Nathaniel August, at Ashland, Hanover county, about three weeks ago, a Negro Woman named Martha, about 45 years old, of gingerbread color, flat face, rather jimberjawed, bad teeth, of ordinary size; and remarkably shrewd.
She was raised by old Mr. Norment, of Hanover, and may be in that vicinity; but she is most likely in Richmond, passing herself off as a tree negro washer and ironer.
We will give $20 and the lawful fee ($5) for her delivery to us in Richmond.
