Also, a resolution, as follows: Resolved, That the President be requested to direct the Secretary of War to respond to the interrogatories heretofore propounded by the House, so his immediate predecessor in office, touching the recent military disasters at Fort Henry and Fort Donelson, and the surrender of the city of Nokesville into the hands of the enemy, if he shall deem it compatible with the public interest that said interrogatories shall be answered.
