Suicide at sea. --The captain of the brig Troubadour, which arrived at City Point a day or two since from St. John's, N. B., rushed upon the deck of his vessel at an early hour one morning while coming into the Capes of Virginia, and jumped overboard. The crew made an effort to save him by throwing out a plank, but he took no notice of it, and diving down into the water, was drowned. The captain is supposed to have been laboring under a fit of the "horrors" at the time, and was probably not aware of what he was doing.
