Outrages in Southwestern Virginia. --The Lynchburg (Va.) Republican contains an account of some outrages that have been perpetrated in Southwestern Virginia by some of "Morgan's men." It says: Some of these men, claiming to belong to Morgan's command, are committing all kinds of depredations upon the people of Orayson and the adjacent counties. A short time since nine of them were passing a farm in Grayson, and seeing two ladies in a field, some distance from the house, three of thSouthwestern Virginia by some of "Morgan's men."
