Ross Winans was nominated for Congress by his friends in Baltimore on the 15th inst. The Baltimore Christian Advocate has suspended publication until the close of the war. The Corwin constitutional amendment has passed both Houses of the Ohio Legislature. Robert Ball, senior, died at his residence in Alexandria county, Va., on Thursday last. Hon. Andrew H. Reeder, of Pa., has been made Brigadier Gener
