Five Hundred Dollars Reward. --The above reward will be paid for the apprehension and delivery at Robert Lumpkin's jail, in this city, of my Negro Boy, Sam. He left Chimborazo Hospital yesterday or the day before. Sam is about twenty-five years of age, mulatto, about five feet ten inches high, remarkably well formed and handsome, and particularly polite and genteel in his manners. No marks recollected. He is doubtless trying to make his way into the enemy's lines, and may still be lurking about Richmond, or he may take service with some of our own regiments. William Alex. Thom, Surgeon Fourth Division Jackson Hospital. de 7--eod3t*
