n was received from the House of Delegates, announcing the passage of a joint resolution constituting the committees of the two Houses on the Armory a point committee. On motion of Mr. Brannon, the resolution was laid upon the table. Mr. Thompson, from the Committee on Agriculture and Commerce, reported a bill to incorporate the Preston Coal, Oil, and Iron Manufacturing Company.
