nd believing that kind and fraternal feeling between the people of all the States is indispensable to the maintenance of a happy and Union and maintained, and inviting the operation of the people of the in the accomplishment of objects no beneficial to each and all, do resolve as follows: Resolved, &c., That Millard Fillmore, Franklin Pierre, Roger.
