Mrs. Mary Thornton and her son Thaddeus were charged with breaking into the store of Henry M Jones, and stealrth of sugar, coffee, soap, soda and gun cape. Mr. Jones stated that he could prove that young Thornton had stolen the articles, that they had been found in Mrs. Thornton's house, and that Mrs. T. haMrs. Thornton's house, and that Mrs. T. had sent her son out to sell a part of the stolen goods, knowing at the same time that they were stolen.
