Runaways. --Absconded from the service of the James River and Kanawha Company on Sunday last, two negro men, named Arthur and Edward. Arthur belongs to Mrs. Ellis, in Spotsylvar county. He is about thirty years of age, is of low stature, brown color, flat face, with a scar on it and has one defective eye. Edward belongs to Mrs. Randolph, in Fan quire county. He is about sixty years of age, of low stature and brown color. The company win pay what the law allows and ten dollars besides as each of these men, if arrested and returned to Mr. Smith A.
