Hustings Court. --In this Court, yesterday, the following business was disposed of: James, slave of Elizabeth J. Timberlake, of Hanover county, charged with running off negroes, was ordered to receive thirty-nine lashes and then to be transported beyond the limits of the Commonwealth. Cecelia, slave of Charles Palmer, charged with setting fire to the dwelling-house of Theodore A. Law, and robbing him of several thousand dollars in money, jewelry, &c., was found guilty by the jury and ordered to receive thirty-nine lashes on two occasions, and then to be transported beyond the limits of the State. Elijah Pittman, free, charged with stealing $300 from a slave of T. C. Cone and $200 from G. A. Lenhard, was convicted and sentenced to the Penitentiary for ten years. The Grand Jury made the following presentments: O. E. Edwards, for assault and battery; Charles and Elizabeth Everett, for receiving stolen goods; James Frazer, for larceny; Henry M. Hurt, for assaul
