Judge Lyons's Court, yesterday.
--George Turner, convicted of petit larceny, was yesterday sentenced to imprisonment in the penitentiary for one year.
James Williams, convicted of petit larceny, was also sentenced to imprisonment in the penitentiary for one year.
The Court directed that five years additional be added, the prisoner having already served one term in this institution.
Patrick McGowan, indicted for stealing bacon from Lucien Peyronet, was put upon trial, and after examination of witnesses and argument of counsel the case was given to the jury; but they being unable to agree after an hour's deliberation, the Judge discharged them, and admitted the accused to ball for his appearance at the next term.
