Veteran members of the Convention. -- Ex-President Tyler, a member of the present Virginia Convention, was a member of the Convention of 1829-30. Samuel McD. Moore, of the present Convention, was also a member of the one of 1829-30. But the veteran of Virginia Conventions is Fleming Bowyer Miller, of Botetourt. He has been a member of all the State Conventions called since the old Revolution. He first answered to the Convention roll-call in 1829-30, next in 1850-51, and lastly in 1861.

Southern rights meeting, &c., &c. Louisville, March, 16. --A large Southern Rights meeting was held at the Court-House last night and attended with considerable confusion, and finally broke up in a row. Levi Tyler and B. O. Davis, old and prominent citizens, the latter of Boston, died last night.
