Queer Mistake.
--Some few days since Mr. Isaac D. Waller appeared before the Mayor to answer the charge of beating his wife, and thereby disturbing the neighborhood by her cries.
Yesterday morning two gentlemen appeared in Court and stated that so far from the charge being true, Waller was an exceedingly kind man, and that Mrs. W.'s cries were the fruits of hysteron, from which she frequently suffers.
