Mounted Guerrillas. --We are gratified to learn that Captain Bolivar Ward, who has done most efficient service in Western Virginia as a guerrilla leader, is now in Richmond for the purpose of increasing his company to the maximum standard, and, if possible, to raise a battalion of mounted rangers. His destination the Yankees will no doubt discover to their sorrow at an early day. We would advise all daring young men, fond of adventure and excitement, to call upon Captain Ward at once, at ounted rangers.
