General Hospital at Yorktown. --Dr. Hines, Surgeon of the General Hospital at Yorktown, requests us to acknowledge the receipt of hospital supplies from Mrs. E. G. Mr. M. Williams and Miss Nannie E. Williams, of Hanover, Mrs. W. P. Waring, Tenstall's Depot the ladies of Brunswick; and Mrs. James H. Conway, of Richmond.--The Doctor desire to remind those sending packages to the General Hospital, to write his address legibly, or else direct them to his cars; and to sent them by the York River Railroad. Many valuable packages have been lost by neglect in this respect.
