Bennelt, returned from Camp Lee; This Miseley Fayette Artillery, subject to orders of Capt. Macont Jno 6th Martin Maker co. D. 1st La; Jas D Glass co E 44th Va; A J Dalton, Thos Brooke Capt Kevalis co. to be court martials; Thos Wash, co 44th Valid; Thos Jones and Joseph Cooper, leaving city without passports; Tim Geotoke, co C. 1st Va, drank; Geo Washington slave of Mrs Brander, runaway; John Carle, co C. Wheat's Battalion The discha yesterday were Chas Williams, Chas H Kent, J D Fitt, S Mullis.
