Mayor's Court.
--The case of Wm. Watkins, charged with picking Wm. H. Major's pocket, was resumed yesterday, and the prisoner remanded for examination before the Hustings Court.
James Adams, charged with unlawfully and violently assaulting Henry Wright, with a hammer, was sent on for trial, and admitted to bail in the sum of $300.
Robert and Collins, slaves of J. L. Carringon, were awarded thirty-nine apiece for assaulting Jos. J. Horn, a white person.
Nannie, a slave of Frederick Weisiger, charged with stealing $200 worth of clothing from Willianna Tazewell, was committed to jail as a runaway.
The list of drunks and disorderliness was not very numerous yesterday.
