Hustings Court, Tuesday, Nov. 4. --Present: Hon. Wm. H. Lyons, Judge.--There being no case on the docket ready for trial, no jury was summoned to attend Court to-day. Frederick J. Miller, heretofore found guilty of stealing a horse from John B Davis, was sentenced to one year's imprisoment in the Penitentiary. The finding of the jury in this case was accompanied by a recommendation to Executive clemency. J
