In these respects, is the news from England. Generals Halleck and Burt Coning West--military Wedding. Washington, Nov. 12. --Generals Halleck, and Buel leave to-morrow for the West, to enter upon their respective military Departments. Col. Wheston, commanding a volunteer regiment, was married to-night to the daughter of the late Gen. Mason at the residence of Gen. Buel. Among the guests were Secretary Cameron, Generals McClellan, Heinizleman, Mags, McDowell, Van Vheit, and other Generals of high rank. It was throughout a brilliant assemblage. F
