An Efficient Company. --Another fine company came in yesterday from Halifax county, Va. The officers are Captain James R. West, and Lieutenants P. H. Tuck, R. W. H. Tuck, and T. G. Coleman, Jr. The good old county of Halifax seems to be doing her duty nobly in this contest.
