Another arrival
--Several prisoners, under charge of Lieut. W. R. Free, were brought to Richmond yesterday morning by the Fredericksburg train, two of whom were captured while endeavoring to make their way to Washington, and others are said to be lacking in that fidelity to the South which should characterize all who go at large in Dixie.
Their names are J. C. Kelley, Thomas McDonough, Thomas Martin, Wm. Weston, R Allen; Jas. Plaskett, Matthew Milestead, Fielder Magruder, and Ellias Beach.
Three of the number are Yankees, one is an Englishman and five are renegade Virginians.
They were often near Occoquan.
