The Wilmington Journal, of Friday last, says: We learned yesterday evening from a gentleman who had made the trial to get to Beaufort, that the enemy are all around, in Bogue Sound, on the Banks, at Carolina and Morehead cities and at Beaufort. Their object is, of course, to cut off communication with Fort Macon. Col. White, the commandant of that post, has a good garrison, provisions for full ten months, plenty of ammunition and a stout heart. Fort Macon is not taken yet.
