Robertson, Thomas of Henry, Thompson, Urquhart, Whittle, and Whitten--25. The third resolution, in regard to the States guaranteeing the Confederate bonds in their several Confederate proportions, was taken up and adopted. A resolution from the House, providing for the removal of the prisoners in the city jail, in the discretion of the Judge of the Hustings Court and the Governor, was taken up, and being so amended as to provide that those confined for violating city ordinances shall be removed at the expense of the city, was adopted.
