Not heard. --A Court was called last Saturday for the examination of Sydney Wicker, John Champion, Charles Tonson, and John Carter, charged with the murder of George P. Wright, on the 30th of June; but many of the witnesses failing to appear, the examination was adjourned to a future day. John Carter, one of the parties charged, against whom the suspicion of guilt is exceedingly light, was admitted to ball in the sum of $1,000 to appear and answer. The deceased was from Louisiana, and only a few minutes before his death gave his name as Doyle.
