Hdq'rs 33d Reg't Va. Militia,December 11th, 1861. order No. oc.--the following order from General Headquarters has been received this day, viz: Adjutant General's office, Richmond, Dec. 9. 1861. The Commandant of the 33d Regiment will cause the officers and men of his regiment to hold themselves in readiness to march at a moment's warning, as it may be necessary to call them into service very soon. By command. W. H. Richardson, A. G. The officers of the 33d Regiment will take due notice of the above order, and bold themselves in readiness accordingly; and every commandant of a company will see that it is duty communicated to his company, and that the men are prepared to obey it.
