--Michael B. Wilcox was brought before his Honor on Saturday last for drunkenness and disorderly conduct, and drawing a pistol on a man under Metropolitan Hall.
The testimony proved that Wilcox had the pistol cocked and pointed when arrested by the officer.
The Mayor sent him back to Camp Lee, to which place the accused belonged.
