Fugitive slave case at Cleveland. Cleveland, Ohio, Jan. 23. --In the case of the fugitive slave girl Lucy, owned by Mrs. Williams, of Wheeling, Va., the defence has been withdrawn, and the girl will be sent back to Virginia to-morrow.
