Mr. Lyons testified that Wilson, whose wife is owned by him, had been in the habit of visiting his premises. Since the absconding of his boy, he had found out that Wilson's character was very had, and that he had not only been endeavoring to injure the standing of hifast or dinner in the shape of a load of buckshot.
