Men Wanted. --Capt. Wilkinson's Infantry company, now in service at one of the batteries near this city, needs thirty men to fill up its ranks. There are also several other companies needing men, whose notices may be found in the Dispatch. We are pleased to know that the recent disastrous news from the West, instead of dispiriting our men, has had a marked effect the other way. Everybody is now ready to take up arms. The appeal of that gallant General, Wise, in behalf of a reorganization of the Blues, hardly needs commendation. It will be read and heeded.
