Wright, of the United States Engineers, to be a Major-General; Col. Michael Corcoran, of the 69th New York Militia, to be a Brigadier-General; Col Orlando N. Wilcox, of the 2d Michigan Volunteers, to be a Brigadier General; Brigadier General G. W. Collom, not confirmed by the Senate by an accidental emission, is reappointed to be a Brigadier-General.
